Knowing Mack 'n Me returns/refunds policy makes shopping easier!
Transaction Cancelled - If you change your mind after Checkout, please notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel your transaction. We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, most times sooner, of your checkout, so urgent notice would be appreciated. If, however, we dispatch before you cancel, we will not be in a position to cancel your transaction, and you will have to exercise our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Mack 'n Me may allow you to return goods, although we are not required to do so by law.
We will accept the item if it is UNOPENED AND UNUSED.
We do not accept returns on Personal use products, including, but not limited to, pillows, bathroom items and personal hygiene.
Once we receive, and inspect the item, to ENSURE it has NOT been OPENED and USED we will refund you the balance of the item cost, minus the original postage cost.
Notify Mack 'n Me within 3 days of purchase, that you plan to return the item.
It is preferable you have your receipts for all returns. If, however, you do not have your receipt, please notify us of this when you contact us, so we can identify your purchase from our records. If we cannot identify you as our customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Buyer pays the return postage costs. Please Note: FREE postage does NOT mean you will not have to pay the original postage cost. We pay a Courier to deliver, and this cost is deducted from
