Free Delivery - Conditions Apply

Free Delivery is based on Standard Rates only. The Postage costs are included in the total pricing.

Remote and Non-Standard area delivery charges - The diversity of the Australian geography means that our delivery services are carefully selected. Non-Standard, Rural and remote areas are charged at a higher rate, and we have had to place Postage Rates on some items. Despite this, some post codes have a large variance in courier charges. We reserve the right to cancel the order, if the delivery charges are excess. We will notify you of these charges, and determine if you wish to pay the balance.  This is beyond our control.

Courier's may require delivery instructions in the case of no-one being at the delivery address. 

Express/Urgent Delivery services are available - Please contact Mack 'n Me for further information regarding delivery costs for Remote and difficult areas, or our rates for special delivery requirements, such as area issues, item urgency, or any concerns you may have. You can do this by using the Contact Us form, or emailing us at admin@macknme.com.           

Estimated Delivery Date - there are several factors affecting the delivery time. Once Mack 'n Me have received Cleared Payment, the Estimated Delivery Date is also dependent on Mack 'n Me's handling time (see 1 Day Dispatch) and the postage/delivery service selected.

Cleared payment - A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into Mack 'n Me's account. Payments with PayPal may clear immediately. 

Handling time - Mack 'n Me will package, and prepare to dispatch the item, within 24 business hours.

Orders received after 2pm (1400hrs) will be dispatched the next business day.

Postage services - Some postage/delivery services provide an estimate of the number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include Mack 'n Me's handling time. We will not be held responsible for eBay ETA dates. Please confirm with us if you require an item. The Date is generated by eBay, and is out of our control. Transit time includes normal business days. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in transit time estimates.

Mack 'n Me reserve the right to choose the delivery service, based on area of delivery, expediency and value for service.

If the cost of delivery is excessive, we reserve the right to opt out of the sale. We will contact you to discuss the options before we cancel.
